JAM NIGHTS is a curated, live acoustic music gathering with limited venue seating (30 audience passes) and strict stage allocations (20 performer slots). Because every booking removes an available seat or performance window that could have been allocated to another community member, all passes and stage slots are strictly non-refundable as our baseline standard.
1. Non-Refundable Standard Policy
Audience registration fees (₹149) and performer stage fees (₹699 solo / group packages) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed on our ledger.
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of plans, schedule conflicts, travel delays, or missing the show.
- Late arrival resulting in forfeiture of reserved seating or designated stage time.
- Performers deciding to shorten, modify, or cancel their performance on the event day.
- Denial of entry or expulsion from the venue due to violation of code of conduct, security policies, or intoxication.
2. Exceptional Circumstances & Subjective Team Discretion
We recognize that unforeseen personal crises and medical emergencies can arise. If you experience an extraordinary, verifiable emergency prior to the start of the event, you may submit a written representation with supporting documentation to our organizing team.
Please note that any consideration of relief, rollover pass to a subsequent edition, or financial refund under this clause is entirely subjective and decided exclusively by the Jam Nights organizing committee. We do not promise or guarantee refunds under any scenario. The collective determination of the team is final, absolute, and non-appealable.
3. Accidental Duplicate UPI Transfers
If your bank or UPI client inadvertently initiated duplicate transfers for a single registration:
- Contact our organizing desk within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide your registered mobile number, full name, and both distinct 12-digit UPI reference numbers (UTR).
- Once our bank statement validates the duplicate credit, the excess amount will be reversed to the originating bank account or VPA within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Event Postponement & Force Majeure
In the event that Jam Nights is rescheduled, delayed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, civic orders, venue infrastructure failure, or Force Majeure:
- All registered passes and performer slots will automatically be transferred and honored on the rescheduled event date.
- If an attendee or performer is permanently unable to attend the rescheduled date, they must notify the organizers within 5 calendar days of the postponement notice to explore discretionary slot transfer options.
5. Exclusion of Ancillary Financial Liabilities
Under no circumstances shall Jam Nights, its founders, volunteers, venue partners, or technical operators be liable for any indirect, consequential, or ancillary expenses incurred by attendees or performers. This includes, without limitation, cab fares, fuel, train or airline tickets, hotel accommodations, equipment rentals, or loss of earnings.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction
This policy is drafted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any claim, demand, controversy, or dispute arising out of pass bookings, payment reconciliations, cancellations, or attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pimpri-Chinchwad / Pune District, Maharashtra, to the exclusion of all other courts.
